A. We will send you an information file with check-in instructions in advance. Please note that for security reasons, we send this information before the day of check-in.

Q. Is late check-out available?
A. We are sorry, but we do not accept it. We need to arrange cleaning for the next guest.
Please use the coin lockers around the station for your luggage.
